Within only one day, the team from Neuwied transformed the 1970s style sober town hall into a modern, attractive congress venue. Over 220 m² of wall and window films, 2 huge transparencies for the outdoor area, flags, 11 column wrap displays, covers for the glass railings with branding on both sides, branding of the main stage and the four forums, diverse interview walls in matt and opaque optics, coffee bar and buffet table covers, as well as the complete orientation system were installed for a harmonious overall view of the congress. APA was also allowed responsibility for the advertising material of the WTA-Lounge, the branding of the sponsor stand and the complete decoration of the Cashpoint Sportsbar. APA’s own exhibition stand was looking its best this year in the APA colours, combined with the newest product highlights and printing technology. All in all a successful event with high-grade speakers and exciting topics. Sponsors were able to considerably upgrade the already well-established congress by reworking its appearance. Again this year, SpoBiS invited fruitful discussions and inspiration on all the topics in the business of sport.
