From the start-up to the full ATP Challenger tournament

For the second time, the Koblenz Open took place in the CGM (formerly Conlog) Arena on the Oberwerth. In 2017, the tournament was still in its infancy and quickly turned into Germany's largest men's indoor tournament.

Romain Arneodo and Tristan-Samuel Weissborn found their rhythm during the tournament week and were able to leave the court as tournament winners over Sander Arends and Antonio Sancic after 6: 7, 7: 5 and 10: 6. Afterwards everyone was looking forward to a great individual final between 25-year-old local hero Mats Moraing and 31-year-old Kenny de Schepper. In 46 minutes and with a clear 6: 2 and 6: 1, the left-hander Moraing left the experienced Frenchman no chance against any previous guess. Tournament director and organizer Heiko Hampl again relied on the decades of experience and expertise of APA. With a complete band system, a giant banner (33 x 3 meters), ball child cushions etc. provided APA for the tournament equipment. More than 10,000 spectators speak for a new edition in 2019 - APA is happy to be part of it again!
