Nachdem die Inhaberfamilien von APA, Adelfang & Parbel, im letzten Jahr mit 16.500 Euro die Neugestaltung des Zoo Portals mitfinanziert hatten, haben die Mitarbeiter von APA sich ebenso beteiligen wollen. Mit 1.500 Euro konnten sie die von CDU Landtagskandidat Pascal Badziong initiierte Spendenaktion, die unglaubliche 500.000 Euro für den Zoo in kürzester Zeit an Spendengeldern eingebracht hat, unterstützen.
Für die Mitarbeiter, die alle ihre ganz eigenen emotionalen Geschichten mit dem Zoo verbinden, war es keine Frage hier helfen zu wollen. Die Geschäftsführung hatte den Betrag aufgerundet, damit am Ende diese schöne Summe an Zoodirektor Mirko Thiel von APA Head of Sales & Operations, Thomas Eich, in Anwesenheit von Initiator und CDU Landtagskandidat Baziong sowie dem Fraktionsvorsitzenden der CDU-Fraktion Neuwied Martin Hahn, übergeben werden konnte. Bei traumhaftem Wetter und unter Einhaltung der Corona-Regeln wurde der Scheck über 1.500 Euro überreicht.
APA, als internationaler agierender Großeventausstatter ist schon viele Jahre Partner des Zoos und unterstützt diesen in Rheinland-Pfalz einzigartigen Tierpark im Rahmen seiner Möglichkeiten bei der werblichen Außendarstellung.
APA employees donate to Zoo Neuwied
After the owner families of APA, Adelfang & Parbel, had co-financed the redesign of the Zoo Portal with 16,500 Euros last year, the employees of APA wanted to participate as well. With 1,500 euros they were able to support the fundraising campaign initiated by CDU state parliament candidate Pascal Badziong, which raised an incredible 500,000 euros for the zoo in a very short time.
For the employees, who all associate their own emotional stories with the zoo, there was no question of wanting to help here. The management had rounded up the amount so that in the end this nice sum could be handed over to zoo director Mirko Thiel by APA Head of Sales & Operations, Thomas Eich, in the presence of initiator and CDU state parliament candidate Baziong as well as the chairman of the CDU faction Neuwied Martin Hahn. At fantastic weather and in compliance with the corona rules, the check for 1,500 euros was handed over.
