Die Routiniers Erik Lesser und Franziska Hildebrand haben beim Biathlon-Heimspiel in Oberhof in der Single-Mixed-Staffel den siebten Platz erkämpft.
Durch Patzer am Schießstand beträgt der Rückstand im nicht-olympischen Wettbewerb nun 1:25,7 Minuten auf Sieger Russland.

Zu Beginn der Woche gab es statt Schnee nur Regen und Sturm, was den Aufbau zunächst unmöglich machte. Drei Tage später wechselte das Wetter auf eisige Kälte mit Schneegestöber, sodass der Aufbau der zahlreichen Werbemittel dann, dank dem APA #WintersportTeam, im Rekordtempo stattfinden musste.

Unsere Routiniers vor Ort konnten unter Koordination unseres Senior Projektleiters #RalfEppert diess Abenteuer jedoch souverän meistern und die APA-LED Leuchtbanden als Eye-Catcher erstrahlen lassen.

Biathlon World Cup in a class of its own
The veterans Erik Lesser and Franziska Hildebrand finished seventh in the single mixed relay at the biathlon home game in Oberhof. Due to mistakes at the shooting range, they are now 1:25.7 minutes behind the winner Russia in the non-Olympic competition.
For APA as branding & signage supplier of the entire Biathlon World Cup, Oberhof is always a very special stop and for the fans one of the most popular winter sports events of the year. At the beginning of the week there was only rain and storm instead of snow, which made the set-up impossible at first. Three days later, the weather changed to icy cold with snow flurries, so that the set-up of the numerous advertising materials could then take place at record speed.
Quite a challenge for the start of the year! However, our experienced staff on site, coordinated by our senior project manager Ralf Eppert, were able to master the challenge and make the APA-LED banners shine as eye-catchers.
We are looking forward to the continuation in Ruhpolding.
