In einer europaweiten Ausschreibung konnte APA den Megasportevent „Die Finals“ 2021 als Generalausstatter und Projektsteuerer für Branding & Signage gewinnen.
3700 Athleten, 138 Deutsche Meisterschaften und 20 unterschiedliche Sportarten werden von ARD und ZDF in ca. 30 Stunden vom 3.-6. Juni live aus Berlin und NRW übertragen.
Zu den traditionellen Sportarten bei den Finals 2021 zählen Bogensport, Kanu, Leichtathletik, Moderner Fünfkampf, Reiten, Schwimmen, Tischtennis, Triathlon, Turnen und Wasserspringen.
Für APA wird auch dieser Mega-Event ein gutes Training für Tokio, wo das APA Implementation Team im Olympischen Dorf für die Deutschen Athleten eine heimatliche Wohlfühlatmosphäre schaffen darf. Aufgrund der aktuellen Pandemie-Lage war zuletzt lange unklar, ob Die Finals 2021 stattfinden. Innerhalb einer Rekordzeit werden nun sämtliche Branding & Signage Maßnahmen von dem APA Projektteam umgesetzt. Wir freuen uns auf die Herausforderung und darauf, Die Finals 2021 bestmöglich in Szene zu setzen.
The Finals 2021 – preparation for the Olympics in Tokyo
In a Europe-wide tender, APA was able to win the mega sports event „Die Finals“ 2021 as general supplier and project manager for branding & signage.
3700 athletes, 138 German championships and 20 different sports will be broadcast live from Berlin and NRW by ARD and ZDF in about 30 hours from June 3-6.
Traditional sports at the 2021 Finals include archery, canoeing, track and field, modern pentathlon, equestrian, swimming, table tennis, triathlon, gymnastics and water diving.
For APA, this mega-event will also be good training for Tokyo, where the APA Implementation Team may create a home-like feel-good atmosphere for the German athletes in the Olympic Village. Due to the current pandemic situation, it was unclear for a long time whether The Finals will take place in 2021. Within a record time, all branding & signage measures will now be implemented by the APA project team. We are looking forward to the challenge and to staging The Finals 2021 in the best possible way.
